Sarah's BACK!!

My inspiration for this is Roohi! Wowww.. she is has really got her blog going... I'd better catch up!

The last time I posted was like 3 months ago... sorry y'all, it's hard to find time to update this these days. Work and the commute is really taking up a huge part of my life these days. I get up at like 6:30, catch my train at 8 then get start my trek from Union to work. Get home around 8:00... and I'm in grandma mode :P. And then I've started this HR course since January and my midterm is coming up next week.. make the duas for me :)

Some good news on the job front though and I thought I'd share it. I've been working on contract and my contract is up soon, but alhumdalillah Sarah's getting a permanent position :) Yay!

Last night, I went out for dinner (Spring Rolls) with my work people. I never go out with them.. usually because they go out to ajeeb places and I gotta take the GO back and stuff.. so last night it was in honour of one of the girls, Naseem she is heading to India to get married.. so i thought I'd go for a bit and hang out. Apparently, they had calculated the odds of me showing up... and they weren't good... something like 50 to 1.. but there is this other girl who never goes.. and the odds of her showing up were like 400 to 1... so yeah, I proved them wrong and she proved them right.

And Marria left for Pakistan yesterday!!! Insh'Allah, hope she has a safe and exciting trip and comes back with some awesome stuff... and i hope her significant other doesn't miss her too much.
