Is Roohi valid?

Roohi... means heart, spirit, soul, love, life... BUT according to Sh. Adam Essa, Roohi is not a proper name! 'Roohi' is what a husband/wife should call each other as a term of endearment... so what I'm saying is... isn't Roohi ahead of the game then?? Well now she needs a Hubby ... anybody know any guys named Ameen? :P
